About us
Established in 2007, we focus exclusively on representing injured workers.
Doug Moreno
Doug Moreno received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from U.C. Berkeley and his Law Degree from U.C. Davis. For eleven years, he worked for Laughlin, Falbo, and Levy & Moresi representing employers and insurance companies. He left the partnership with that firm to open his own practice and has represented injured workers since 2007. His past experience working with employers and insurance companies provides a unique perspective possessed by few attorneys. He understands the strategies employed by the defense and the approach needed to achieve the best result. His 27 years of workers' compensation litigation experience will allow his clients to obtain a favorable outcome.
